Special Introductory Pricing for 2017!

Prices have been slashed in half to celebrate our first year of tours! You can lock in these low prices by reserving your tour before the end of the year (even for tours in 2018!)

To celebrate our first year we’re offering all tours that are reserved by the end of 2017 at half our regular rate! Prices displayed below show the full and the current discount rate.

The regular hourly rate is $120, but our special introductory rate is only $60 per hour! This is for parties of 2 to 9 people. (Parties of 9 or more may be accommodated for an additional cost, but are subject to availability. Please contact us for more information.)


Pricing Details

There is a minimum requirement of 6-hours per day (even if you do not utilize all 6 hours in the park.) This can be waived in special circumstances (such as emergency park closures or evacuations due to weather, etc.) We recommend utilizing your tour guide for 6-10 hours each day, depending on the park hours for that day.

You will be locked-in to the current hourly rate when you finalize your reservation with us. Prices are subject to change at any time and reservation slots are limited so be sure to make your reservation as far in advance as you can.

Gratuity is not included but you’re welcome to add any percentage of tip to your final payment at the conclusion of your tours as a way of saying “thank you” to your guide. The standard gratuity is 20%, but again is not required.

Daily itineraries for the parks you plan to visit will be included for free. This will include the optimal times for specific attractions or experiences, as well as dining suggestions and even restaurant reservations when applicable. Payment Information

We can accept any credit, debit, or pre-paid card with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover logo on it. Your total payment will be charged in person at the end of your final day of tours using a Square mobile card reader. You will be asked to confirm the total and sign on the screen for security. You will have the option to receive a receipt by email. We can also accept a personal or business check, traveler’s check, or cash. (Note that debit cards will be processed like credit cards.)

A contract with your locked-in hourly rate along with a general overview of your itinerary will be emailed or sent to you to sign before your trip. You will agree to pay a cancellation fee if you do not cancel before 24 hours prior to your first day, see next section for details.


Cancellation Policy

Your tours can be canceled, and usually rescheduled, as long as you give us more than 24 hour notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of a scheduled tour date there will be a one-time $90 fee. (This fee may be waived in certain circumstances.)

Please let us know as soon as possible if there is any chance you may not be able to make it on the day you are scheduled. We’re always open to working with you to reschedule, but that may not be possible without enough notice.
