UP! A Great Bird Adventure Construction and Animal Kingdom 20th Anniversary Merchandise Now Available

We’re taking just a quick look at the construction under way at Disney’s Animal Kingdom for the new show: UP! A Great Bird Adventure. The show is replacing Flights of Wonder which closed late last year. It will feature Russel and Dug from Disney-Pixar’s UP along with exotic birds from around the world. There are work walls completely surrounding the Caravan Stage in the Asia section of the park, and it looks like most of the work going on now is directly above its main entrance.

We also got a look at the new merchandise for Animal Kingdom’s 20th anniversary. There’s some great t-shirt designs, mugs, and more available with logos to celebrate the milestone. The new bird show is scheduled to open on the park’s anniversary, April 22, 2018, Earth Day. Check out the photo report below and stay tuned for more theme park updates coming soon!
