Universal Orlando has revealed new information and official concept art for Universal Helios Grand Hotel, the hotel that will be located at the back of its new theme park, Epic Universe. Both are set to open next year in 2025.
The new 500-room hotel, which was designed by Universal Creative and will be co-owned and operated by Loews Hotels & Co, is a “Mediterranean-inspired escape rising above the lush gardens and scenic waters of Celestial Park at Epic Universe.” With a dedicated entrance into the theme park, and rooms with breathtaking views into the theme park, this hotel is unlike any other at Universal Orlando.
Universal Helios Grand Hotel will be Universal Orlando’s 11th hotel, bringing the total guest room count up to 11,000. Named for the Greek god of the sun, Helios, this hotel will be “adorned with beautiful details of celestial patterns, dazzling constellations and elegant yet casual Mediterranean design elements.”

Of the 500 rooms 398 are standard with 2 queens or 1 king bed, 41 club level standard rooms, 26 deluxe queen rooms, 5 king suites, 14 How to Train Your Dragon kids’ Suites, 11 Celestial Suites, 3 Hospitality Suites, and 2 Presidential Suites.

Staying at this new hotel does get you Early Park Admission to participating parks around Universal Orlando, as well as free shuttle transportation to the Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure theme parks via CityWalk, as well as Volcano Bay.
