Paddlefish at Disney Springs Opening Day and Full Menu Announced

Paddlefish at Disney Springs has announced that it will open its doors on February 4, 2017. The completely rebuilt restaurant on the former site of Fulton’s Crab House will be open daily from 11:30am to 11pm. Learn more about the renovation and see the entire new menu below.

Downtown Disney has been overhauled over the last two years to offer an entirely new version of the entertainment and shopping complex. Restaurant operator Levy Restaurants has modernized their long-standing seafood restaurant, formerly known as Fulton’s Crabhouse, into the new Paddlefish, while still retaining the beauty of The Empress Lily riverboat style.

“We’re excited to embark upon Paddlefish’s next voyage, and can’t wait for guests to share this new experience with us,” said Andy Lansing, President and CEO of Levy Restaurants.

The restaurant is returning with popular dishes from Fulton’s such as Florida Stone Crab, Alaska King and Queen crab and lobster corn dogs. But it will also feature entirely new creations like Lobster Risotto, Jambalaya, and lobster guacamole that is prepared tableside! Cocktails are inspired by classic turn-of-the-century American cocktails, and an expansive wine list includes both Old and New World wines. (Links to full menu below.)

Renovations to the restaurant were geared towards creating a more “modern yacht” feel with sleek complementing colors. In addition to the main dining room, there will be outdoor seating in a lounge on the first floor with space for a fish boil and oyster bar, a bar on the second level, and a rooftop deck. Diners will have views through open air windows of the newly re-activated paddlewheel.

Paddlefish will be open every day for lunch and dinner, 11:30 am to 11pm. They will also be offering a Sunday brunch. Paddlefish also offers private dining rooms to accommodate celebrations or meetings from 20 to 1,000 guests. See links for the full menu below or visit:
