Epic Universe Annual Pass Preview Tickets for Sale – Apr 17 to May 8

Universal says that “During this Preview period, we’re putting the final touches in place and rehearsing, so some attractions and experiences may not be available.”

UPDATE: Epic Universe Previews have expanded to include Universal hotel guests, activated 2025 Military Freedom ticketholders, and Universal Rewards Visa Signature cardmembers, in addition to Universal Orlando Passholders. See full details on this FAQ page.

Epic Universe Preview dates are from April 17th through May 8th. The park will be open from 11:00AM to 9:00PM on most preview days, (except for April 25th when it closes at 6:00PM).

The official grand opening is still set for May 22nd. Universal says additional details on the preview period between May 9 and May 21 will be available soon.

Just like the AP discounted single-day ticket add-on offer, these preview tickets can only be purchased by passholders, and assigned to passholders who are in your digital wallet. You cannot purchase preview tickets for non-passholders, or even passholders you do not have listed in your wallet (manage payments for).

Universal says if you’ve already purchased tickets to Epic Universe, they can help you change your existing ticket to a Preview Ticket. Call (866) PASS-4-FUN or visit Guest Services at Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure or Universal CityWalk in person.
